Update

We are back and we have some good news….We have flour. For you. Organic white bread flour from @shiptonmill no less. The flour we love and trust for all our loaves at MMB. We finally got the delivery that we were expecting two weeks ago and this now means we can bag it up into 1kg bags to offer to Saffron Walden residents (perfectly demonstrated by yours truly and my two super helpers) *we washed our hands thoroughly in advance of packing up the flour singing the baked potato song from start to end!

So if you would like some please DM or email me at info@minimiss.co.uk letting me know a) how many 1kg bags you’d like at £2 each (don’t be greedy!) and b) your Saffron Walden address. I will then RSVP with bank details for you to make a BACS payment. Once received we will aim to deliver your flour to your doorstep on either Monday or Tuesday of next week. We can’t give you a time slot but we will ring the bell so you know it’s there.
