On Tuesday, the Prime Minster announced that various businesses would be able to open on 4 July providing they are COVID-19 safe. These businesses include Hotels, pubs, restaurants, cafes and hairdressers. Whilst the full “COVID secure” guidance has yet to be published for pubs, restaurants it has been issued for “close contact services” (e.g. hairdressers):
